Our Studio Coordinator team plays a critical role in shaping our studio experience and ensuring smooth studio operations from open to close. Our Front Desk team is composed of outgoing and charismatic go-getters who are passionate about fitness and wellness. Reports to: Lead Studio Coordinators
Employment Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, cultivating a welcoming, inviting atmosphere
Work alongside and support studio instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience
Support studio management in daily tasks and projects
Possess basic understanding of products within the wellness shop; execute retail sales
Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization
Maintain the distinct Collective Studios aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
Qualifications:
Prior customer service and/or hospitality experience
Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Loves boutique fitness and is passionate about fitness and wellness
HIghly organized, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays
Minimum Requirements:
Must be available to work on a consistent basis :
2-3 shifts per week
Flexible hours: early mornings, nights, weekends

At The Collective Studios, we believe movement is more than physical—it’s a catalyst for connection, confidence, and community. We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our organic social presence across platforms, tell compelling brand stories, and translate our in-studio magic into shareable digital moments.
This person will own the end-to-end execution of our social strategy—from content planning and production to posting, engagement, and performance tracking. If you’re the type who lives on Instagram and TikTok, loves a good brand voice, and knows how to balance creativity with conversion, this role is for you. You’ll collaborate closely with our instructors, events team, and marketing leadership to ensure our channels stay vibrant, on-brand, and aligned with studio goals.

Hours: Approx 10-15/weekResponsibilities:
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Develop and maintain a robust monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, aligning with studio campaigns, events, and product launches.
Translate brand messaging, studio energy, and client success stories into engaging digital storytelling.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously elevate content and reach.
CONTENT CREATION
Design and execute compelling visual and video content (Carousels, Reels, Stories, and more), using tools like Canva, Edits, InShot, Beatleap, CapCut, or similar.
Capture live content from studio events, classes, and key moments to support timely content needs.
Draft social media copy that reflects our brand voice—motivating, playful, inclusive, and informative.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Actively engage with our digital audience: respond to comments, DMs, tags, and questions with warmth and timeliness.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners.
Monitor and nurture community sentiment, escalating concerns when needed.
PERFORMANCE & OPTIMIZATION
Track and report weekly/monthly performance analytics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website clicks, and conversion-related KPIs.
Use data to iterate and improve strategy, content, and posting cadence.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend creative experiments that drive visibility, community growth, or sales.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience in marketing/communications or social media marketing
Strong copywriting skills with a clear understanding of voice, tone, and engagement principles.
Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation, ensuring all written communications are professional, error-free, and reflect positively on the brand.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, InShot, CapCut, Later, Meta Business Suite).
Familiarity with reporting tools and native platform analytics.
Comfort capturing video/photo content in real-time and occasionally working onsite for events and activations.
Strong sense of visual style, timing, and platform best practices.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Passion for the health and wellness and fitness industries
Knowledge of the latest digital trends

This role is responsible for leading our multi-channel marketing strategy across physical studios, retail, On Demand, retreats, and events—while managing and mentoring a cross-functional team of creative and operational talent. You’ll be accountable for driving brand growth, expanding our digital presence, optimizing client communication, and delivering marketing performance that fuels revenue and retention.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & BRAND STEWARDSHIP
Own the long-term and quarterly marketing strategy for The Collective Studios across all business verticals (in-studio, On Demand, retreats, retail, events).
Shape and evolve brand voice, positioning, and messaging architecture across every consumer touchpoint—from digital to in-person.
Serve as a key partner to the Studio Founder/CEO in aligning marketing with financial goals, brand evolution, and strategic decision-making.
Regularly report on marketing performance, campaign impact, and customer behavior insights to inform studio-wide strategy.
Oversee marketing analytics infrastructure—including performance dashboards and campaign reporting—ensuring leadership has visibility into what’s working and what needs refinement.
CAMPAIGN PLANNING & REVENUE GROWTH
Lead the planning and execution of all major campaigns (studio launches, product drops, seasonal activations, On Demand pushes, retreat sales, and membership promos).
Own end-to-end marketing calendar planning and ensure all initiatives are aligned with revenue goals, operational logistics, and team capacity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with studio leadership to develop go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Contribute to marketing budget planning and track spend across paid channels, campaign expenses, and content production, ensuring resource allocation aligns with studio goals and ROI expectations.
CRM, LIFECYCLE & MARKETING AUTOMATIONS
Oversee and optimize all CRM and lifecycle marketing automations using Xplor Growth, ensuring personalized, timely, and revenue-generating communication flows.
Analyze automation performance (open rates, conversion, opt-outs, retention triggers) and lead regular audits to improve segmentation and journey effectiveness.
Work closely with the Studio Founder/CEO and Marketing Coordinator to develop strategic lead nurture, win-back, and reactivation campaigns.
Manage the studio’s external digital marketing and SEO/paid media partner—overseeing strategy, deliverables, and integration with internal campaigns to ensure alignment and ROI.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Directly manage and mentor the marketing and content team, including the Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Manager, Retreat Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Retail team, and On Demand team.
Run weekly team check-ins and monthly strategic planning sessions to maintain alignment, accountability, and creative momentum.
Provide clear creative direction and performance feedback to elevate the quality, efficiency, and impact of all deliverables.
Partner with the studio’s operational and instructing team leaders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with studio operations and member experience goals.
CREATIVE & CONTENT DIRECTION
Lead content strategy across all major platforms: email, social, video, digital ads, website, and in-studio marketing.
Approve final campaign copy, design, and layout to ensure cohesion and clarity of brand expression.
Champion content systems and workflows that enable scalable execution across a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
Plan for and oversee the production of fresh creative assets—including seasonal photo and video shoots—to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality, on-brand visuals.
Oversee website content strategy and coordinate with the internal team or external partners to ensure all landing pages, messaging, and campaign updates are accurate, conversion-driven, and brand-aligned.
INNOVATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
Stay attuned to marketing trends in fitness, wellness, and consumer behavior, bringing fresh ideas, competitive insights, and creative inspiration to the leadership table.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of senior-level marketing experience; prior experience in a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Director of Marketing role strongly preferred.
Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across brand, content, digital, and marketing ops.
Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Xplor Growth preferred or similar like Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Proven success owning multi-channel marketing strategy tied to clear business outcomes (acquisition, retention, revenue growth).
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative direction skills, with a sharp eye for cohesive brand building.
Highly organized and able to bring calm, clarity, and structure to complex, fast-moving projects.
Passion for fitness, wellness, or purpose-driven consumer brands.
